Golfland Sunsplash Amusement park

When you are looking for a family amusement park in Mesa, Arizona, you can't go past Golfland Sunsplash. This water park has over 30 rides, an arcade, and even a T-rex mouth! If you are looking for something a bit more adventurous, you can also play award-winning miniature golf. The park is conveniently located in central Mesa, a 25-minute drive from Tucson.

If you love horseback riding, there is a Mesa Cowboy Ranch near the park. It is open from October through May. If you're looking for great food in Mesa, try Baby Kay's Cafe. They have been serving gumbo in Mesa for nearly 30 years. Their décor includes dark red walls, vintage furniture, and refurbished windows with wood latches.

 

Whether you're a foodie or a fast-food fan, you can find great food options at the Park. From chili-cheese fries and pizza to soft drinks and icees, there's something for everyone. Golfland Sunsplash also has great food areas. The Oasis Snack Bar serves chili-cheese fries and sub sandwiches. A quick stop at the Kings Kitchen Pizza and Subs offers homemade pizza and freshly-made sub sandwiches.

 

If you want to learn a bit about Mesa's history, don't miss the Mesa Historical Museum. It was founded in 1987 by the Mesa Historical Society. It houses a great collection of Mesa history, including items used by early pioneer families, photographs, and agricultural equipment. The museum also has changing exhibits, so be sure to check out their website. They have great events throughout the year!

For something a bit different, try the Mormon Temple located in the center of town. This beautiful temple is operated by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and is perfect for families of all ages. They have a Christmas light display and a nativity scene. There are also Mormon missionaries at the visitor's center. Another fun place to visit is Wet 'n Wild Phoenix in the north of the city. The park has arcades and laser tag and a museum that tells the story of Jesus Christ.

 

Another family amusement park in Mesa is Castles N' Coasters. This 10-acre park features numerous rides for kids of all ages, as well as a 3D motion theatre. You can also visit the park's indoor arcade for some mini-golf action. The park is open year-round, and offers a variety of rides for the whole family to enjoy. If you have a large family, you can make a day of it at Golfland Sunsplash.

 

A unique museum at Golfland Sunsplash is an excellent addition to a family vacation. There are three main exhibit areas and several special galleries. Each encourages the creative process. ArtVille has soft sculptures that toddlers can play with. Meanwhile, HUB is a place where older kids can dance, doodle, or design. This museum explores the history of Arizona and the Southwest, from creation to the modern era. Dinosaur Hall features some of the largest dinosaurs on the planet. The History Courtyard is another great place to explore, with interactive activities.
